Early success for Get Real’s new channel sales strategy Get Real Systems is delighted to announce its continued profitability throughout its 1st quarter in the new financial year. The company has beaten all of its targets in the quarter ending 31st October 2002, confirming the success of its new indirect sales strategy. Sales through resellers in this quarter included major implementations at The Law Society, Greater Manchester Passenger Transport Executive and Cox Insurance Holdings. New orders from existing customers, such as London publishing house, H Bauer and the University of Birmingham, brought additional revenue. Impressively the low-cost car rental firm, easyCar, purchased, implemented and went live with PROACTIS all within this quarter. This implementation also included a special PROACTIS add-in for buying spares and maintenance for its fleet of cars. Another 'go-live' success in this quarter was Hoyer UK Ltd, completing the final phase of its PROACTIS roll out to staff at its Yorkshire head office. Get Real Systems’ focus for the next quarter will be on adding to the number of resellers in its Channel Programme. These will include major consulting firms and outsourcers, as well as more systems integrators and accounting software vendors.
