£50,000 - £70,000 + bonus + significant options package

Energetix Group Ltd targets early stage technologies and products for the new distributed and renewable energy markets.  The group seeks to grow these opportunities to create capital growth.  Following additional funding to accelerate this programme, Energetix is now in a position to recruit a number of senior executives, who will be involved in all aspects of the identification, selection, development, and commercialisation of these new technologies and products.

As well as benefiting in the growing financial success of the group as a whole, you will have the opportunity to take a lead position in one, or more, of the “spin-off” companies.  The group adopts a flexible and creative approach to the identification, assessment and exploitation of IP and know-how, that is why we have an open mind to the ideal candidates’ background.  Typically from a commercial or technical environment, or both, we would be interested to hear from you if you have:

Worked for, or closely with, one of the major consultancies or providers of finance such as banks or venture capitalists or an industrial or commercial organisation in the energy or technology sector;

Strong interpersonal skills enabling you to deal with a broad range of people from the workshop to the board room, from financial institutions and corporate entities, to scientists and technologists;

Experience as a flexible team player who adopts a “hands-on” approach and believes they can spot a “winner”, most likely with a professional business qualification – probably business, engineering or science based.  It is, however, the person we are interested in – not the piece of paper!
