THE CANDIDATE Accomplished business leader with several years P&L experience, preferably in the technology or software sector and with a robust network of relevant contacts, who can combine entrepreneurial drive and flair with a pragmatic approach to business and operational efficiency. Exemplary communicator with the presence and stature to command respect from colleagues, advisors and stakeholders, and the diplomacy to deal with sensitive succession planning issues. Used to developing relationships with banks, venture capitalists and, ideally, hands-on involvement of a floatation/exposure to the City.
