Resignation of Non-Executive Directors

Axiomlab plc ("Axiomlab"), the AIM listed regional provider of capital and business building expertise, announces that Senator George Mitchell and Margaret Morrison have resigned as non-executive directors of the company.  Senator Mitchell will be continuing his relationship with Axiomlab as he has agreed to become Honorary President of Techtran Group Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Axiomlab engaged in the commercialisation of university intellectual property, with its first engagement with the University of Leeds. Gordon McKenzie, a current non-executive director of the company, will take over as chairman of both the company's Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, with immediate effect.

Fred Mendelsohn, Managing Director of Axiomlab commented:  "I would like to thank both Senator Mitchell and Margaret Morrison for all their support and guidance.  I am delighted Senator Mitchell has accepted the position of Honorary President at Techtran and am sure he will prove to be a continued source of valuable advice and support.  On behalf of the Board, I would also like to take the opportunity to wish Margaret all the best in her new role as Head of Cisco in the Netherlands."
