Netlet Secures £175,000 Of Investment From Rotch Group

Netlet Limited which provides licensed technology to Universities, to enable the matching of students to available accommodation, has raised £175,000 of new investment from the Rotch Group in exchange for 20% of the equity in the business.

Rotch Property Group Limited and its affiliates are a group of private companies jointly owned by two brothers Robert and Vincent Tchenguiz. Rotch is multi-faceted group investing in a broad range of synergistic activities including the acquisition management and development of commercial real estate, financial services and the creation of innovative structured finance initiatives.

Netlet, now based in Bradford, includes as non executive directors Martin Blakey, CEO of Unipol, Professor Keven Keasey of Leeds Business School, and Professor David Auckland of the Manchester Science Enterprise Centre.
